Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily tasks & administrative workflows

• Point of contact (POC) for communication

• Updating and managing social media platforms

• Coordinating with students, parents, and partners

• Maintaining consistent communication with the Founder

• Supporting academic and operational processes

Important Notes:

• This is not a traditional job.

• Only candidates who can show their effectiveness and impact first will be considered.

• Saying “I want to work for MEA” is not enough.

• Demonstrate value through:

2. Business Growth Partner (Leadership Track — Not a Job)

We are looking for reliable printing partners who can provide end-to-end solutions for our books:

Requirements:

• High-quality grayscale printing

• Ability to handle bulk orders

• Competitive pricing for printing + shipping

• End-to-end logistics: order → print → pack → deliver

• Handling returns, replacements, and support

Vendors with prior experience in academic publishing or on-demand printing are preferred.
