UPCOMING ROLES & FUTURE REQUIREMENTS

Below are the positions we expect to open soon. These will be highly selective and performance-driven.

1. Assistant Manager (Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance) {Contract Role}

Purpose:
To support the Founder in managing day-to-day functions of MEA with efficiency, clarity, and discipline.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily tasks & administrative workflows

• Point of contact (POC) for communication

• Updating and managing social media platforms

• Coordinating with students, parents, and partners

• Maintaining consistent communication with the Founder

• Supporting academic and operational processes

Important Notes:

• This is not a traditional job.

• Only candidates who can show their effectiveness and impact first will be considered.

• Saying “I want to work for MEA” is not enough.

• Demonstrate value through:

  • Sample work

  • Execution

  • measurable contribution

  • Results that show you understand and improve MEA

Initial Structure: Freelance / part-time
Future scope will depend entirely on performance and alignment.

2. Business Growth Partner (Leadership Track — Not a Job)

We Are Looking for a Growth Partner, Not Just an Employee

MEA is expanding, and we seek one highly motivated individual capable of driving long-term growth with vision and ownership.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thinks in terms of systems, scaling, and transformation

• Is self-driven and disciplined

• Can map and execute long-term strategic directions

• Understands the purpose and vision of MEA

• Has strong alignment with Mathematics, Education, Technology, and Impact

Possible Areas of Work:

• Business development

• Product strategy

• Academic content innovation

• Operations & systems design

• Marketing and communication

• Technology integration

• Partnerships & expansion
  (Role will be shaped around the right individual.)

This Role is NOT for Those Seeking:

• High fixed salary from Day 1

• Standard job responsibilities

3. Printing & Publishing Partner (Service Vendor)

We are looking for reliable printing partners who can provide end-to-end solutions for our books:

Requirements:

• High-quality grayscale printing

• Ability to handle bulk orders

• Competitive pricing for printing + shipping

• End-to-end logistics: order → print → pack → deliver

• Handling returns, replacements, and support

Vendors with prior experience in academic publishing or on-demand printing are preferred.

4. Mathematics SME (Freelance / Task-Based)

We seek experts with very advanced mathematics proficiency, ideally those who have qualified:

• IIT JEE Advanced

• ISI B.Math / B.Stat Entrance

• CMI B.Sc. Entrance

• INMO / IMO

• NISER / NEST

Additional Requirements:

• Strong teaching or pedagogical ability

• Deep conceptual clarity

• Strong LaTeX skills

• Must have studied from and worked with high-quality mathematics books (international authors)

• Ability to produce high-standard content, reviews, solutions, and error-spotting

Structure:

• Fully freelance

• Task-based payouts

• Compensation depends on quality, accuracy, expertise, and reliability
